1. Purpose

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without authorization, you may submit a complaint to:

3. Platform Response

Upon receipt of a valid and complete complaint, Libretha will:

• review the claim
• remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
• notify the user responsible for the content (where applicable)

Typical response time: within 48 hours

4. Counter-Notification (Appeal)

Users may submit a counter-notification if they believe:

• the content was removed in error
• they have legal rights or authorization to use the content

Upon valid counter-notification, content may be restored unless legal action is initiated by the complainant.

5. Repeat Infringers

Libretha maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeatedly found to be infringing copyright.

6. Good Faith Requirement

All notices and counter-notices must be made in good faith and include accurate information.

Users submitting notices or counter-notices are solely responsible for the truthfulness, completeness, and legal validity of the information provided.

Submitting false claims may result in legal consequences under applicable law.
